PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter device excellent in the transfer performance with a compact constitution. SOLUTION: The lifter device is equipped with jacks 2 located at the four corners of an elevating frame 1 having an approximately rectangular plane shape and a suspension device 5 installed in an appropriate place of the frame 1, wherein each jack 2 is arranged changeable between the fallen attitude in which the jack has fallen along the plane direction of the frame 1 and the upright attitude as rising upright approximately perpendicular to the plane direction of the frame 1 in such a way as able to ground. When the lifter device is to be transferred in this constitution, the overall height in transit can be suppressed low by setting the jack 2 in the fallen attitude, and the degree of freedom in transfer is widened, for example the lifter device can be transferred using a usual truck with no use of any trailer truck of low floor type, and also the transfer cost can be suppressed.
