PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously and effectively preventing invasion of cat over a long period without problem from the aspects of protection of animals and danger and without promoting deterioration of a wall by installing a cylindrical rotator rotatably supported by supporting bodies on the upper surface of the wall. SOLUTION: Spindles 3 protruded in the outer direction from both end faces 2 of a cylinder 1 are provided to provide a rotator. Foot parts 5 are oppositely suspended on the lower surface of both sides of top boards 4 and bearings 6 are erected on the upper surfaces of top boards 4 and holes 7 are provided in the bearings 6 to form supporting bodies. A pair of supporting bodies is oppositely installed on the upper surface of the wall and the spindles 3 of the rotator are inserted into the holes 7 of the supporting bodies. The rotator is rotatably supported in the middle of a pair of supporting bodies. As a result, when the foot or hand of a cat which is going to invade from above the wall comes into contact with the rotator, the rotator is rotated.
