PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter equipped with an operator's seat so as to perform operation to replenish seedlings to a seedling feeder by boarding of an operator, designed to perform steering control even in the operator's seat and composed of the walking maneuvering type with a compact machine body. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is equipped with traveling wheels 6 and 6 on the right and the left and the seedlings fed from the seedling feeder 4 located in the right and left central part are planted in a field with a seedling planting apparatus 3. A left side clutch lever 19L for cutting off power to the left traveling wheel 6 is arranged near a left seat 70L in seats 70 (70L and 70R) provided on the right and left outside of the seedling feeder 4 and a right side clutch lever 19R for cutting off the power to the right traveling wheel 6 is arranged near the right seat 70R. Since the turning operation of the machine body can be performed while the operator sits in either of the seats 70, the turning operation efficiency is good and the stable turning operation can be performed because the operator sitting in the seat 70 on the inside of turning is present in the center of turning of the machine body.
