An organic electroluminescence device is provided to prevent an insulation layer from being peeled from a scan line by positioning a terminal end of the insulation layer on an upper portion of the scan line. An organic electroluminescence device includes a substrate(200), an anode layer, an insulation layer, an organic layer, and cathode layers(204), which are formed on the substrate. Scan lines(210a,210b) are connected to the cathode layers, respectively. A terminal end of the insulation layer is positioned on a portion of the scan line which is parallel with the anode electrodes. Each of the scan lines has a conductive layer and an auxiliary electrode layer. The conductive layer is an indium tin oxide layer, and the auxiliary electrode layer is made of molybdenum. |
