AN ELECTRODELESS LAMP WITH GUIDE-RAILED RING CORE

A circular/round electrodeless lamp having a guide-railed ring core is provided to prevent a slipping effect of a coil by winding the coil on a guiding groove formed on an outer circumference of the guide-railed ring core. An envelope lamp has a tubular close loop structure. A phosphor is coated on an inner surface of the envelope lamp. A circular structure is used for surrounding the envelope lamp. Electric coils are wound around a first and second transformer cores(22,24). One or more guiding grooves are formed at a predetermined interval on outer circumferences of the cores. The guiding groove has the depth enough for burying one or more electric coils.
