<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for seeding cells onto a scaffold which is used for re-covering a scaffold obtained by removing cells from an allogenic or heterogenic biological tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The method is used for seeding cells onto a biological tissue piece from which cells are removed. In the method for seeding cells, a biodegradable hollow fiber having an inner lumen filled with cells to be seeded is embedded within the biological tissue piece, and the cells packed within the inner lumen of the hollow fiber is released within the tissue piece.
