PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control circuit capable of performing a luminance control highly precisely while securing a stable output waveform from right after a light emission period starts.

SOLUTION: When a scanning line driving circuit 20 holds a scanning line Sj at 0V, an organic EL element 10ij emits light by itself with a pulse width corresponding to a gray scale with a precharge voltage that a constant voltage circuit 36 supplies and a PWM data signal Ipwmi supplied from a constant current circuit 34 successively thereto. An adjusting circuit 46 acquires a monitor voltage Vm in a supply peroid of the PWM data signal Ipwmi to monitor the driving voltage Vf of the organic EL element 10ij and feeds it back to the constant voltage circuit 36 to adjust the precharge voltage.
