<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of preventing lowering of power generating efficiency due to having a suction port hardly sucking gas with low oxygen density containing impurities exhausted from an exhaustion port. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device (1) is provided with a fuel cell (8) having a fuel electrode (14) and an air electrode (15), a fuel supply passage (18) supplying fuel to the fuel electrode (14) of the fuel cell (8), the suction port (25) sucking air of the atmosphere to be used for power generation, and the exhaust port (35) exhausting the gas exhausted from the air electrode (15) of the fuel cell (8) after power generation in the air.
