PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic, light-emitting device which can take high-quality photographs and project high-quality images, while suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: This device has a light-passing optical system, a photographic section to take the light images of objects to photograph, a light-emitting section to emit light to display images, an optical path switch operating on one of a 1st light path to guide the light passing through the optical system, as the light of the object or a 2nd light path to guide the image light emitted from the light to the optical system, and to switch to the 1st or 2nd optical path by changing the relative position to the optical system, and a layout changer which changes its shape, when a voltage is applied and changes the position of the optical path switch due to the stress of the changed shape.
