PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-shaped mixing head device capable of discharging a mixture stably and evenly on the right and left sides. SOLUTION: The device has a mixing head body 1 making a polyol ingredient and a polyisocyanate ingredient join to form a mixture 4 and a nozzle 2 discharging the mixture 4 from the mixing head body 1, with the nozzle 2 and the mixing head body 1 arranged so as to cross nearly at a right angle. A dividing pin 6 capable of dividing and discharging the mixture 4 is arranged on the side of the tip 2a of the nozzle, and an angle-changing mechanism capable of changing the discharging angle of the mixture 4 with respect to the mixing head body 1 while fixing the angle of the dividing pin 6 is also arranged.
