摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection of a positioning part having a positioning precision required in response to a scene. SOLUTION: A switching part 24 switches between a first positioning part 21 with a high precision and a second positioning part 22 with precision higher than that of the first positioning part, and the selected positioning part measures a position. The switching part 24 conducts switching according to a determination signal output from a selection determination part 34. A determination condition storage part 32 stores, as a determination condition, a determination condition equation indicating size relation between the speed of a mobile having a mobile information terminal and a predetermined set value. A determination condition setting part 33 sets a determination condition using the determination condition equation and outputs it as a determination condition signal to the selection determination part 34. The selection determination part 34 receives the determination condition signal, receives the speed of the mobile from a vehicle speed detecting part 90, determines the first positioning part to be selected when the input speed is the set value or lower, and determines the second positioning part to be selected when the input speed is the set value or higher, and outputs a determination result as a determination signal.
