PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high reception quality by suppressing a delayed wave even when the intensity ratio of a synchronizing wave and the delayed wave is small. SOLUTION: Weighted vectors of received OFDM-modulated signals received by a plurality of antenna elements are computed from E[X(t)×y<SB>t</SB><SP>*</SP>(t)] based upon head guard section extracted signals X(t) of the received signals and a complex conjugate y<SB>t</SB><SP>*</SP>(t) of a tail guard section extracted signal y<SB>t</SB>(t) of a composite received signal, and the received signals of a plurality of channels are weighted, summed up together, and output as an output signal.
