摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device which approximately equalizes the computational complexity of demodulation in the case of n<SB>R</SB>>n<SB>T</SB>to that in the case of n<SB>R</SB>=n<SB>T</SB>, wherein n<SB>R</SB>is the number of reception antennas and n<SB>T</SB>is the number of transmission antennas, and selects a reception antenna in accordance with a priority of a transmission signal to be demodulated, in the case that the number n<SB>R</SB>of reception antennas is larger than the number n<SB>T</SB>of transmission antennas in a MIMO system. SOLUTION: Channel estimation circuits 2-1 to 2-m estimate channel response vectors between transmission antennas and reception antennas, and an inverse matrix calculation circuit 3 generates a propagation path matrix and calculates its inverse matrix. A determination circuit 4 calculates an evaluation function from elements of a row corresponding to a transmission signal out of elements of the inverse matrix and determines a combination of a prescribed number of reception antennas out of a plurality of reception antennas on the basis of the evaluation function and the priority of the transmission signal to be received.
