PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise safety to a side channel attack without reducing an operation speed so much, and additionally suppress manufacturing cost low. SOLUTION: In an opportunity of an input of a data value creation order, an encryption operation specifying data creator of an encryption processing device creates encryption operation specifying data which specifies an operation processing content, and stores it in a data memory. Moreover, even though the operation processing content changes according to the encryption operation specifying data stored in the data memory, an encryption operator executes operation in which the operation result becomes the same one by predetermined encryption algorithm.
