PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material presenting device that can facilitate the routing of a connection cable for making connection to a power supply, external equipment, or the like; moves the position of a support in the arm of an image pickup camera obstructing the movement of a material by the rotation of a stage; and hence can display the direction of the material on the stage extendedly in a direction before the rotation. SOLUTION: In the inexpensive material presenting device: the stage 4 and the position of an I/O connector 5 are moved simply; the routing of the connection cable for making connection to the power supply, the external equipment, or the like is facilitated; the position of the support position 9 of the arm 8 of the image pickup camera 7 obstructing the movement of the material P is moved by the rotation of the stage 4; and the direction of the material P on the stage 4 can be enlarged in a direction before rotating the stage 4 convenient for explanation for display.
