PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale of a power distributor which outputs a single signal or a composite signal with circuitry not using a fixed resistor, and to reduce loss in single signal output mode. SOLUTION: The power distributor outputting a single signal or a composite signal comprises a first PIN diode for receiving and outputting a first high frequency signal, a second PIN diode for receiving and outputting a second high frequency signal, and a third PIN diode for receiving and outputting the outputs from the first and second PIN diodes, and outputs a single signal or a composite signal by biasing the first and second PIN diodes and the third PIN diode forwardly or reversely.
