PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving work efficiency when temporarily fixing a partition member. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger suitably used as a condenser is provided with a pair of headers 2 arranged with an interval to each other, and a plurality of heat exchange tubes with both ends arranged between both headers 2 connected to both headers 2. At least one of the headers 2 is partitioned into a plurality of header parts 2b, 2c aligned in a length direction of the header 2 by the partition member 8. An outlet side joint member 14 having a refrigerant passage 15 communicated with a refrigerant outlet 9 and connecting refrigerant outlet tubes is fixed to the header 2 partitioned into the plurality of header parts 2b, 2c.
