PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker on/from which a water tank is easily mounted/demounted. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a body casing 101 dominantly forming a heating chamber for storing foods, a door 200 covering the front face of the body casing 101 and closeably mounted thereon via an opening/closing mechanism part located on the lower side, and a base part 102 mounted on the lower side of the body casing 101. The opening/closing mechanism part includes a rotating shaft holding part 301 for locating a rotating shaft P frontward from a contact face Y between the door 200 and the body casing 101, an operation guide means 302 for guiding the opening/closing operation of the door 200, and a spring material 303 mounted on the operation assisting means 302 for restricting the opening/closing operation. The base part 102 has the water tank detachably mounted on the front face.
