PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penis fixing sheet intended for solving such problems that there is just only a pair of pants in daily life as a product to fix the penis, but pants are not sufficient as a role of comfortably fixing and holding the penis, and a wearer feels uncomfortable because the penis is unstable and slips off sideways, a situation that the existence of the penis is twisted and lies to either a right or left side can be seen from the top of trousers and is unseemly on appearance, and also a wearer feels uncomfortable when walking. SOLUTION: This penis fixing sheet is such that the penis is passed between a base sheet and a band part sheet and put and fixed with semi global projections which have an unequal size and are set on the polyethylene-made base sheet and the polyethylene-made band sheet, and the left, right, top and bottom positions are adjusted on pants with an adhesive tape followed by sticking and fixing.
