PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating layer provided with a static prevention function by improving its hardness and conductivity without damaging non-adhesive property, and a coating material. SOLUTION: This coating layer equipped with a film obtained by polymerizing silsesquioxane derivative and an conductive filler contained in the film is provided by having a sufficient hardness and non-adhesive property, and further having the static prevention function by the improvement of the conductivity.
