PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively preventing leakage of body fluids which is applicable to a corpse in any state such as a corpse which starts leakage of body fluids and a corpse which bleeds from the nose and the ears due to cerebral contusion or the like. SOLUTION: The method comprises adding water to a prepolymer having properties which are compatible with water and react with water to form a water insoluble gel or this prepolymer diluted with a solvent which is compatible with water to cause curing reaction and injecting or coating the resulting prepolymer into or on necessary sites of a corpse while the prepolymer has such flowability as to enable injection with a syringe.
