PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide movable grille shutter devices reduced in influence on the shutter devices, even if a bumper is deformed by collision, etc., by mounting bodies of equipment provided with the shutter devices on a vehicle body side. SOLUTION: The bodies 21 and 22 of equipment are mounted on the vehicle body 12 side installed with a radiator 11 thereon. In the bodies 21 and 22 of equipment, air flow passages 28 and 32 opened toward grille opening parts 14 and 16 are formed. The bodies 21 and 22 are provided with the shutter devices 41 and 42 for opening/closing the air flow passages 28 and 32. Flexible connecting parts 25 and 29 airtightly connected to end parts of the grille opening parts 14 and 16 are provided at opening ends of the air flow passages 28 and 32 of the bodies 21 and 22.
