PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate including a layer excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, flexibility, etc. SOLUTION: In the laminate, a surface layer (a) is laminated on a polymer composition layer (b). The layer (a) is mainly made of a polymer. The layer (b) is made of a thermoplastic polymer composition containing (I) 100 pts.mass of at least one block copolymer (I) selected from anα-methyl styrene block copolymer having a polymer block (A) mainly comprising anα-methyl styrene unit and a polymer block B mainly comprising a conjugated diene unit and its hydrogenation product, (II) 200 pts.mass or below of a softening agent for a non-aromatic rubber, and (III) 10-200 pts.mass of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from an acrylic resin, polystyrene resin, polycarbonate resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinyl acetate resin, polyester resin, and polyamide resin.
