PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper cover that is effective as an information medium, rolled in a roll form and has its end section glued on the surface of its middle section from which the end section can be easily removed. SOLUTION: The toilet paper cover 1 is a long toilet paper cover 1 rolled outside a toilet paper 4 rolled in a roll form and has the front end section glued on the surface of the middle section. A two-sided tape 3 is attached on both front and back surface of the back end of a cover 2 and a message and/or advertisement is printed on the surface on the front end side from the middle section of the cover 2. When the cover 2 is rolled onto the toilet paper 4, the two-sided adhesive tape 3 attached to the back surface of the back end of the cover 2 is attached to the front end of the toilet paper 4 and the two-sided adhesive tape 3 attached to the surface of the back end of the cover 2 is attached to the back surface of the middle section of the cover 2.
