<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up a system which solves the apprehension of a user that a third person browses and supervises the data while the user does not recognize it and enables only the user to manage a private content such as biological personal data in the system which collects and accumulates the biological personal data. <P>SOLUTION: A data distribution system which can receive biological information accumulated in a server and analyzed only by a specified portable terminal unit used by the user is built up.
