<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switch circuit device the maximum permissible input power of which is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna switch circuit device includes: a compound semiconductor integrated circuit including a first terminal connected to an antenna and a plurality of through FETs connected to the first terminal; and a CMOS integrated circuit including a decoder circuit, a booster circuit, and a plurality of CMOS inverters respectively receiving a signal from the decoder circuit and a signal from the booster circuit, and the antenna switch circuit device selectively executes a first mode wherein signals from the first through FETs are transmitted to the first terminal or a second mode wherein the signal from the first terminal is transmitted through the through FET that is turned on, and an output circuit of the booster circuit is clamped on the basis of a gate-channel reverse current of the turned-off through FET in at least either of the first and second modes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
