<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of decreasing an attenuation of a light in a maximum wavelength band, suppressing a decrease in luminous sensitivity in the maximum wavelength band, and reducing a decrease in image quality comparing to a uniform aperture size for all over the pixel. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a semiconductor substrate having a plurality of light receiving regions; and a shielding film that covers the semiconductor substrate and having the apertures to which a light having a wavelength band respectively predetermined for every light receiving region out of the plurality of wavelength bands is entered in a position corresponding to each light receiving region. The aperture is widest to which the light having the maximum wavelength band enters. In other words, the aperture of the pixel (R pixel) receiving an R component is wider than that of the pixel (G pixel, B pixel) receiving the other components among optical components in RGB pixels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
