PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device (1) which is connected to a corner metal fixture of a container. SOLUTION: The coupling device includes a housing (2) and an engaging part (3) which can be inserted at least partly in the corner metal fixture and can be released from it. The engaging part (3) has a guide part (4) to guide it together with the corner metal fixture and the engaging part (3) is attached rotatably in the housing with a rod part (5) extending in the housing (2). The guide part (4) has a parallel guideway to guide the engaging part (3) in horizontal direction to the corner metal fixture and the parallel guideway is asymmetry of rotation about the axis (7) of the rod part (5).
