PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional deviation of a disk-like recording medium to a turntable. SOLUTION: This disk clamping mechanism is provided with: a turntable 3 comprising a table part 4 on which the inner peripheral part of the disk-like recording medium 100 is mounted and a centering projection part 5 which is projected from the central part of the table part and inserted into a center hole 100a of the disk-like recording medium; and a clamper 7 comprising a presser part 11 which holds the inner peripheral part of the disk-like recording medium together with a part 8 to be attached to the centering projection part and the table part, and a positioning concave part 4a is formed in the table part of the turntable and a fixing means 6 for fixing the disk-like recording medium on the table part is provided in the positioning concave part 4a.
