PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simply holding a moisture-retaining state just after taking a bath, on the skin of a body portion. SOLUTION: The body-rinsing cosmetic used as a bathing-finishing agent is characterized by containing (1)≥80 mass% of an oil having flowability under conditions of one atmospheric pressure and 25°C and (2) 3 to 15 mass% of a nonionic surfactant in a cosmetic. It is preferable to contain a dimer acid ester as the oil having the flowability under the conditions of one atmospheric pressure and 25°C. The body-rinsing cosmetic is preferably a cosmetic which is mixed and diluted with clean hot water and then used, and is also preferably a cosmetic of form in which water is solubilized.
