PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal device by which it is prevented that a liquid crystal gets over a sealant and leaks to an external part when a liquid crystal dropping method is used and the liquid crystal device having excellent electric characteristics and reliability can be manufactured. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device has a step for supplying the liquid crystal onto at least one substrate 10 of a pair of substrates 10 and 20 and a step for sticking the other substrate 20 to the one substrate 10 via the sealant in such a state that vibration is applied to the one substrate by using a vibration generating device 641 to expand the supplied liquid crystal in a film shape.
