PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump device capable of arbitrarily controlling at least one of the flow and pressure of an oil in a hydraulic circuit 6 when the oil in the hydraulic circuit is discharged into a discharged oil passage via a valve. SOLUTION: This oil pump device comprises the valve 52 discharging the oil in the hydraulic circuit 26 to the discharge oil passage 34 and a pump 30 for producing a function to transport a fluid at a position 33 different from the hydraulic circuit 26.
