A sandwich panel manufacturing method is provided to easily remove a filler remaining on a cut section by preventing the filler from being directly adhered on the inside of an inner or outer panel by applying a release agent on the inside of the inner or outer panel. In the sandwich panel manufacturing method for inserting or adhering a filler(6) between inner and outer panels(2,4) separated from each other, cutting the inner and outer panels in the proper length, and forming a wing part by removing the filler exposed to the cut end, a release agent(8) is applied on the inside of the inner or outer panel correspondent to a part where the wing part is formed, before inserting or bonding the filler between the inner and outer panels. Therefore, the filler is easily separated from the inside of the inner or outer panel by the release agent.
