PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forbid photography or copy by an image data generator such as a photography apparatus or a copy machine for which photography or copy is not permitted by attaching a wireless IC tag which is registered to permit photography or copy for a photography object or an object becoming a copy object.

SOLUTION: The image data generator (30) judges whether generation of the image data of an object (10) is permitted or not from wireless IC tag information registered in a wireless IC tag (20) attached to the object (10), and generates image data based on image information if generation of image data of the object (10) is permitted.
