<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide images related to components of equipment used by a user such as images for maintenance inspection according to the state of the components. <P>SOLUTION: A user management server 3 is used in equipment such as laboratory equipment 6 or the like. The server stores configuration information showing components including at least one of various parts, peripheral equipment and software for each user. An image management server 2 stores images related to components in association with the kinds of components.
