<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer engineer reservation system using Web, a reservation management server and a customer engineer reservation method using Web for responding to the request of a customer such as CE priority/failure measure date priority. <P>SOLUTION: This CE reservation system S is constituted of a CE terminal 1 and a reservation management server 2 connected through the Internet 3 to a customer terminal 4. The reservation management server 2 is provided with a CE information DB20 and a CE schedule information DB21. A CE 10 registers CE information and schedule information from the CE terminal 1. The reservation management server 2 stores the registered CE information and schedule information in a CE information DB20 and a CE schedule information DB21, and provides the CE information and schedule information of the responsible CE 10 to the customer terminal 4, and notifies the CE terminal 1 of the requested CE registered in the reservation management server 2 of an instruction for facilitating countermeasures to failures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
