<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can wrap up and report countermeasures to failures and checking statuses in a plurality of nationwide bases, and for standardizing operation procedures or matters to be attended to in an operation time in nationwide bases. <P>SOLUTION: This center control system 1 is provided with a server for a center, and configured to manage countermeasures to failures and checking statuses in maintenance object equipment owned by customers in a plurality of bases in a batch. The server for a center is provided with a function for registering operation procedures and matters to be attended to in an operation time in the maintenance object equipment for every customer and a function for notifying an operation department 42 for facilitating countermeasures to failures or checking operations of necessary information matched with the failure content or check content of the maintenance equipment.
