PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting filter capable of easily multiplying stages and adjusting the degree of the coupling of signals at each stage. SOLUTION: The superconducting filter internally includes a conductive board 14, and comprises a metallic vessel 16 for shielding electromagnetic waves; a dielectric substrate 20; a feeder line pattern 24 that is an oxide high-temperature superconductor formed on one surface of the dielectric substrate 20; and a grand plane 18, formed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate 20; a substrate for input/output feeder 12 arranged on the conductor plate 14 so that the ground plane 18 contacts with the conductor plate 14; the dielectric substrate 20; a hairpin pattern that is an oxide high-temperature superconductor formed on one surface of the dielectric substrate 20; and the ground plane 18 formed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate 20. The superconducting filter further comprises a plurality of half-wave hairpin resonators 10 arranged on the conductor plate 14 between the substrate for an input/output feeder 12 so that the ground plane 18 is brought into contact with the conductor 14.
