PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce effects of various types of interferences such as inter-symbol interferences and near-end crosstalk caused by attenuation of signals propagated in a cable. SOLUTION: A network system includes a cross-connected cable assembly interconnecting two or more network elements. The cross-connected cable assembly enables reduction in the effects of near-end crosstalk.
