PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active cooling structure for a motor coil in a vehicle motor which supplies an oil by using the minimum motive energy, uniformly sprays the oil onto a plurality of coil ends disposed on the same circumference at a fixed speed or more, and efficiently cools the motor coil. SOLUTION: The active cooling structure is provided with a ring stator core (20) fixed to a motor housing (10), a ring rotor yoke (35) rotated in cooperation with a crankshaft (1), disposed and facing an inner circumference of the stator core (20) through a predetermined gap, and a motor rotor (30) having a rotor flange (31) for fixing and supporting the rotor yoke (35) on an outer circumference. Blade wheels (38, 138) are integrally fixed to a side face of the rotor yoke (35). The cooling oil is actively supplied from cooling oil supplying openings (11a, 11b) formed on an upper wall of the motor housing (10), downwardly flows, is poured to and cools a surface of an outer end of the coil (23) in the stator core, and is radially dispersed from a circumference of the rotor as the oil downwardly flowing from the surface is scooped by blades (38b') raised from a circumference of the blade wheels.
