PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the data of a document such as materials and information additionally written in the document so as to be easily used by a user than a conventional manner. SOLUTION: This image formation apparatus 1 is provided with an original document registration processing part 102 for executing processing to input original document data DTO for reproducing the image of the original of a document, an additional information registration processing part 103 for executing processing to input additional data DTA for reproducing an image showing additional information as information added to the document and processing to set the access right and a document database 1DB for storing the original document data DTO of the inputted document, the additional data DTA of the additional information of the document and the additional information access right data RTA showing the set access right of the additional information in association with each other.
