PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant having a noiseless nuclear instrument system. SOLUTION: Preamplifiers 8A, 8B of the instrument system for detecting a state of a nuclear reactor are installed outside a reactor containment 5, and electromagnetic equipment 12 is installed inside the reactor containment 5.
