PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation of a yoke on the occasion of insert molding. SOLUTION: In a contact region of a yoke 11 in contact with its external surface with a holder 30, resin inflow ports 27 connected to the hollow of the yoke 11 are formed. In a process for performing insert molding of the holder 30 with a sensor body 10 set in dies 50A-50D, a part of molten resin injected into the dies 50A-50D, enters the hollow of the yoke 11 through the inflow ports 27, and fills the gap between the internal surface of the yoke 11 and the external surface of a coil 25 and the gap between the internal surface of the yoke 11 and the external surface of a bobbin 18. Accordingly, even if filling pressure acts on the external surface of the yoke 11, deformation of the yoke 11 towards its inside is prevented as the molten resin filling up the inside of the yoke 11 is in contact with the internal surface of the yoke 11.
