PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure which enables a plurality of panels to be stably connected together in such a manner that an angle can be changed into various ones. SOLUTION: In this panel connecting structure for connecting side ends of the plurality of panels together in an angle-changeable manner, side end surfaces of the respective panels 1 and 2 are provided with two vertically-directed connecting grooves 12 and 12 which are opened in an outward lateral direction, the opening widths of which are made smaller than an inside diameter of its back part, and which have an imperfectly circular cross section; and fitting parts 46 and 46, whose outer peripheral surfaces continuously provided at both the side ends of a connecting material 44 almost compensate for the shapes of the inner surfaces of the connecting grooves 12, are fitted in a relatively turnable manner into the one-side connecting grooves 12 adjacent to each other at the side end surfaces of the plurality of panels 1 and 2 arranged in a mutually adjacent state.
