PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide movable grille shutter devices requiring no special driving means to open/close the shutter devices. SOLUTION: Each of the shutter devices 25 and 26 is provided with a rotatable blade member 42 having at least a small blade body 43 mounted on a rotary shaft 41 to open/close a first air flow region 31 and a large blade body 44 to open/close a second air flow region 33 and an energizing means 48 for holding the rotary shaft 41 at a first angle position where the small blade body 43 normally closes the first air flow region 31. The rotary shaft 41 is rotated against energizing force of the energizing means 48 by wind pressure acting on the small blade body 43 and is held at a second angle position to close the second air flow region 33.
