PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle with a sound absorption structure panel capable of obtaining high noise reduction effects by absorbing traveling noises generated from the bottom of a railway vehicle traveling at the speed of 360 km/h or more with high sound absorption coefficient without giving influences to a sound absorbing performance from weather at the time of traveling a railway, or without generating new aerodynamical forces at the high-speed traveling. SOLUTION: This sound absorption structure panel 20 absorbing noises generated from the bottom of a vehicle is installed on an inner face of a side skirt provided on both bottom sides of the vehicle body of a railway vehicle. The sound absorption structure panel 20 sandwiches a honeycomb core material 22 between a surface plate 26 with a large number of opening holes 26a formed and a rear plate 28. The sound absorption structure panel 20 is shaped so that a peak value of a vertical incident sound absorption coefficient at a frequency of 500-2,500 Hz is 0.9 or more and a vertical incident sound absorption coefficient at a frequency of 500 Hz and 2,500 Hz is 0.4 or more.
