PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge liquid stably without depending on temperature by disusing temperature detecting and reducing a load of a driving circuit. SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head which comprises a pressure chamber which communicates with a nozzle, a vibrating plate which composes one surface of the pressure chamber, and a piezoelectric element for deforming the above vibrating plate and discharges liquid in the pressure chamber from the above nozzle by deforming the vibrating plate by the piezoelectric element. The liquid discharge head is characterized by discharging the liquid by driving the piezoelectric element in a temperature region that an increase and decrease inclination of viscosity to the temperature of the above liquid and an increase and decrease inclination of piezo-electric d constant to the temperature of the above piezoelectric element having a predetermined relation.
