A UV curing apparatus having a sliding type of UV protection plate is provided to protect against UV on a standing table when a door is opened by fabricating a cabinet equipped with a lamp unit, the standing table and the sliding type of UV protection plate between the lamp unit and the table. The UV curing apparatus comprises: a cabinet(10) having an opening and closing door(11) at one side; a lamp unit(20) having a UV lamp(21), a reflective mirror(22) and a lamp house(23) in inner top portion of the cabinet; a standing table(30) placed on vertical lower portion of the lamp unit(20); a slidable rail mounted on inner right and left sides of the cabinet(10) and a UV protection plate(40) movable along the slidable rail; and a driving device for the UV protection plate which is fixed to one side of the plate and includes a handle(42) protruding out of the cabinet(10) to drive the UV protection plate.
