The device has a sensor (4) provided for the assembly between a window frame (2) and a wing (1) of a window or a door, where the sensor has an electrical resistor that is changed based on opened, tilted and closed condition of the wing and is attached to an electrical circuit for outputting conditional signal indicating the conditions. The sensor is formed based on the type of a potentiometer that has a slider adjustable by the wing.
