RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RELAY APPARATUS, AND REMOTE RADIO BASE STATION APPARATUS

A radio communication system, a relay device, and a remote radio base station device are provided to change a radiowave blind sector into a radio service area at a low cost by using a metal line installed in a room for communication between a relay device and a remote radio base station device. A distributor(3) is connected with a BTS(Base Transceiver Sub-system)(2) through an optical transmission path. A plurality of remote radio base station devices(4) are connected with the distributor(3) through a fixed line transmission path and form a radio service area. A distributing unit distributes downlink communication data received from the BTS(2) to each remote radio base station device(4). A combining unit combines uplink communication data received from each remote radio base station device and transmits it to the BTS(2) by way of the optical transmission path. A transmission unit wirelessly transmits the downlink communication data. A reception unit transmits the wirelessly received uplink communication data to the distributor(3).
